CORAL SPRINGS CONGREGATION TEMPLE BETH ORR ANNOUNCES
VOLUNTARY DUES STRUCTURE
June 23, 2015 — (Coral Springs, Florida) – Coral Springs Congregation Temple Beth Orr announces that it is eliminating the outdated and traditional dues structure in favor of a more modern and inclusive voluntary financial commitment approach. This process commences immediately for new members and will be implemented July 2016 for all members of Temple Beth Orr.
Rather than issuing dues statements, a suggested Sustaining Financial Commitment amount per household will be projected and shared with the Temple community. Then, each household will pledge, at their own discretion, a voluntary financial commitment. This pledge will include High Holy Day tickets and a personalized payment schedule. Supplementary service programs such as Preschool and Religious School tuition are additional.
Temple Beth Orr offers a variety of robust lifelong learning opportunities and programs for every age group, including early childhood and youth programs; Brown Bag Torah Study; Get Social for the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s; Fabulous Fifties Plus and more.
“Our goal is to offer the benefits and gratification of being part of a warm Temple community to everyone—including those who previously thought they couldn’t ‘afford’ the cost of membership,” said Steve Feinstein, Temple President. “We hope that everyone will enjoy the experience of being a vital supporter of a Jewish community here in Coral Springs—an inclusive, accepting home with many opportunities to learn, celebrate and honor our longstanding traditions.”
